Challenges

The USC Stevens team was continuing to add and update content while we were finalizing designs. This created a lot of back-and-forth conversations and slowed down the overall timeline. In addition, USC Stevens had an in-house designer that was not always available to provide design assets and answer our questions.

Solution

The team restructured our workflow to collaborate more closely with USC Stevens and have more frequent check-ins. We created interactive, visual assets to showcase their new icons and break down copy-dense pages. By creating a modular, intuitive design system, the new USC Stevens website looks cohesive and polished.
